Work That is Actually Fulfilling: Solutions for Energy Drains
The data entry, the report generation, the repetitive analysis that takes someone three hours when it could take a system minutes.

CAPE TOWN - Here's what I've learned working with clients: most of the stuff that makes people go "ugh, not this again" is exactly the kind of work that technology was designed to handle. The data entry, the report generation, the repetitive analysis that takes someone three hours when it could take a system minutes.
Tech is Not About Replacing Humans - It's About Freeing Them
But here's where most people get it wrong. They think AI and tech is about replacing humans. No. It's about freeing humans to do the work that actually requires a human's essence. The creative thinking, the problem solving, the relationship building, the innovation, the leadership ohhh and so much more.
We are not done as a human race, don't buy into the idea that any tech or AI is superior to you. Don't do that. You are a magnificent being that was Created to live, expand and experience life to that, in my opinion, is falsely marketed as far superior to humans, that is a lie. It just means, we can finally start BEING and let the machines do the grunt work.

Finding What Lights People Up vs What Drains Them
When I work with teams, I get them to point out what's draining, what's fun, what's working and what's outdated. My assessments use over 30 data touch points to get a clear understanding of where to and when to add the tech and/or AI.
Try it with your team, ask them; what lights you up? What drains you? What feels like busy work versus real work?
Nine times out of ten, the stuff that's draining them is stuff that shouldn't be on a human's plate anyway. Or, is someone else's strength and passion, so give it to THAT person and let people do what lights them up. You will see a shift, suddenly they will have energy for the work that actually matters.

Smart Delegation, Not Just More Productivity
The goal isn't to make people more productive at doing stuff they hate. The goal is to eliminate the stuff they hate so they can focus on what they're actually good at. Delegate differently, smartly and stop piling on scope creeps to save costs, just be smart about it. Ask me for help, I am Charmaine, here to help.
